Orderdering by Mail
If you prefer to
pay for your order using a check or money order, you may place your order by
mail. Download our printable
Mail Order Form (Adobe Acrobat Format). Send the completed form with
your payment made out to "CuffWatches.Net" mail to: CuffWatches.Net, P.O.
Box 630357, Little Neck, NY 11362.
Visa or MasterCard is accepted thru the website.
Shipping
Shipping
costs for the USA:
$8.00 for
orders up to $99.99
$12.00 for
orders up to $199.99
We will be shipping
most US orders by USPS Priority Mail. You will be sent a confirmation email
with tracking number within 24-72 hours. The confirmation email will also
include an itemized sales invoice. All orders are shipped within 24-72
hours after time of purchase.
Orders over $199.99 and
international shipping will be calculated upon checkout.
International order
We will ship international orders by USPS
Global Priority and USPS Air Mail.
International Orders are by mutual agreement. We are happy to ship to
anywhere in the world. All international orders are subject to be cancelled
if order appears fraudulent.
All orders are 100% secure!
When placing your order on the check out page
the billing address must match the billing address associated with the card
being used. It does not have to match the shipping address (i.e. sending a
gift to a friend, having an order shipped to your work, etc). If billing
address does not match, your order will be cancelled.

Return
Policy
You MUST contact us before you make any returns or exchanges. If this is
not followed we will refuse to accept the return and it will be mailed back
to you. No exceptions!
Please contact us if you want to

Exchange your order within 7 days after you receive your order. Read
below for more details.
We will gladly let you exchange it for another item of equal value, give you
store credit or refund you (less shipping & 15% restocking fee) -- your
choice!
Be sure to include your name, invoice number and the item you want to
return.
If you want a refund, you must ship
your order back to us within the 7 day window.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free from any
defects. We will not accept any returns if the item has been
used or damaged for any reason.
All sales are final 7 days after the date you receive your order.
Custom Orders
All
sales are final on special/custom ordered products. No exchanges or credits
will be allowed.
Cancelled Order
Any order that uses the incorrect billing address and telephone number will
cause the order to be cancelled. This is for our security and yours. You
must use the correct billing address and phone number associated with your
credit card being used. Please double check billing address before
confirming your order. Our system will cancel your order if this
information is incorrect.
One Year Limited
Warranty
All watch movements are
under warranty for one year from date of purchase. We will replace or
repair watch movements at no charge if proven to be defective. Warranty
coverage does not apply if the watch has been altered in any way or
physically damaged. Warranty coverage excludes watch crystal and straps due
to wear and tear. Our watches are designed for casual wear and are not
intended for extreme conditions or rigorous sports activities. There is a
fee to replace a watch face if damaged. We will replace watch batteries for
free, for the lifetime of the watch; shipping and handling charge may apply.
